Shipping policy

To help ensure your cookies spend as little unnecessary time in transit as possible, all Ardelicious cookies are baked to order and ship within 1–7 days after purchase.

When will my cookies ship?

All cookies are baked to order. Your order will ship within 1–7 days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery. This 1–7 day window is our time to prepare and ship your order; carrier transit time is separate.

Rates

All orders ship UPS Ground. Your shipping cost is the actual UPS Ground rate for your delivery address and package, shown at checkout before you pay. Applicable sales tax is also calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line.

Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive tracking information via the contact information provided with your order so you can follow your cookies all the way to your door. Carrier transit time begins after your package leaves us.

Freshness & storage

Once shipped, our cookies will remain fresh, soft, and delicious for up to 10 days when kept properly sealed.

For longer storage, place your cookies in the freezer for up to 3 months. Freezing helps preserve their freshness and allows you to enjoy that soft, fresh-baked texture whenever you're ready.

When you're ready to enjoy your cookies, simply remove them from the freezer and allow them to come to room temperature, or warm them slightly before eating.
